In January 2023, PRIAC recorded another court victory in the long-running dispute against the Court of Arbitration at the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Agrarian Chamber of the Czech Republic (RSHKAK).
The courts progressively ruled in favour of PRIAC and its representatives — Prof. Vít Horáček and JUDr. David Řezníček — with regard to the statements of RSHKAK, which, according to the court rulings, met the elements of unfair competition and were contrary to good morals. According to the court, the contested statements of RSHKAK could have had fatal consequences for competition between the arbitral courts.
