The International Arbitration Court in Prague at the Czech-Moravian Commodity Exchange Kladno (PRIAC) sealed by signature a cooperation agreement with its Kyrgyz counterpart ICA CCI (the International Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic). The agreement was signed in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan, on 30 September 2022 by Prof. JUDr. Alexander J. Bělohlávek, Vice-Chairman of the PRIAC Presidium, for the Czech side. For ICA CCI, the signature was added by its Chairman, Prof. Shamaral Yusupovich Maichiev.
The signing took place on the occasion of the international conference Arbitration and Mediation: New Challenges and Solutions, held to mark the twentieth anniversary of ICA CCI, at which A. J. Bělohlávek also lectured.
Both institutions committed in the agreement to inform business entities in the Czech Republic and in Kyrgyzstan about the option of alternative dispute resolution through institutional arbitration at PRIAC and ICA CCI.
