PRIAC is pleased to announce the conclusion of a significant cooperation agreement with the Brazilian Centro Brasileiro de Mediação e Arbitragem (CBMA). This cooperation represents another important step in the development of PRIAC's international relations and strengthens its global position in arbitration and mediation.
After several months of negotiations, the agreement with CBMA has been concluded and PRIAC becomes one of the key partners of CBMA — the second-largest arbitration and mediation institution in Brazil and one of the fastest growing organisations in Latin America.
The conclusion of this agreement means that PRIAC has successfully expanded its network of cooperating arbitral institutions to another continent. Negotiations with further arbitral institutions are currently underway, and PRIAC continues its intensive expansion of international cooperation.
CBMA is a recognised authority in arbitration and mediation in Latin America, with significant influence on the development of these areas not only in Brazil but throughout the region. A partnership with such a renowned institution opens new opportunities for PRIAC and strengthens its prestige on the global stage.
PRIAC looks forward to successful cooperation with CBMA and to the further development of international arbitration relations that will contribute to strengthening stability and trust in international business transactions.
