In August 2021, PRIAC published the letter from the Court of Arbitration at the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Agrarian Chamber of the Czech Republic (RSHKAK) dated 2 February 2021 as part of the transparent documentation of the long-running dispute between the two institutions.
This document formed one of the materials underlying the subsequent PRIAC lawsuit against RSHKAK, filed in August 2021 in connection with unfair competition practices.
